Key Responsibilities
- Clean returned equipment to like-new condition by wiping, removing labels and/or adhesive and replacing small parts
- Charge internal and external recycle batteries
- Conduct battery check by measuring voltage and measuring PCB board functionality using a milliohm meter
- Ensure that products are processed per the applicable Quality Procedure
- Mandatory overtime and weekend hours are frequent and may be assigned as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience in electronic manufacturing with Carrier
- 6 months familiar with Production Workflow and Quality Standards
- Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments
- Capable of climbing ladders and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
