We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team as a Customer Representative.Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the initial point of contact for customer concerns. We seek an individual dedicated to customer satisfaction, possessing the ability to make prompt and precise decisions.
This position offers flexible hours, up to 35 hours.
Successful Characteristics at Carrier’s Turf Pros Lawn Care:
- Must have enthusiasm and motivation to succeed in helping current and potential customers by going "the extra mile"
- Ability to answer incoming customer phone calls while taking quick and appropriate action for each call
- Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills with a high level of professionalism on the phone and with team members
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our programs inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing proposals, forms, work production, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Day-to-day must have the drive to assist Carrier’s Turf Pros Lawn Care with success; the ambition to develop & grow with the company; and the mindset to be empathetic, helpful, and honest with all customers
Qualifications & Education:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Customer service skills or retail sales experience would be helpful and preferred
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office. Mac experience preferred.
