• $22 to $30/hour salary depending on experience - paid overtime at time and a half

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Maintain a MA State Pesticide license
• Apply lawn care treatments (fertilization, insect/disease/weed control, flea tick & mosquito control); diagnose for any lawn care issues and make necessary recommendations
• Review production sheets to determine equipment and product needs; complete production sheets with customer notes
• Communicate with customers and management regarding your accounts and address our customer's needs in a proactive manner
• Perform basic maintenance on spreaders and other equipment; arrange for repair or service of equipment, when necessary
• Organize work on a daily/weekly basis; ensure equipment is ready to use
• Complete paperwork detailing product usage and hours worked
• Attend required meetings

Work Environment:

• Working outside in a variety of weather conditions (sun/heat, rain)
• Some indoor work requires performing equipment maintenance and administrative tasks, especially during winter months
