About this role
The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer phones (second line of defense)
- Setting up new customers accurately to avoid AR issues and disputes
- Setting up new vendors accurately to avoid AP issues and disputes
- Submit Tax Exemption updates
- AR SME and handle disputes with customers
- Ensure proper job booking in lock step with sales teams, including daily review of closed un-booked opportunities and complete the booking process.
- Booking Service projects, work with the billing teams and manage EAC - Review costs to date and perform any EAC adjustments
- Project reconciliation, ensuring minimal to zero underbilled projects.
- Credit hold
- Clearing Account review and processing
- Process parts ordering for repair jobs
- Process purchase orders
- AAP processing
- Open Order review – make sure jobs are ready to bill
- Review AR DMB metrics, be able to speak to progress, changes, etc.
- Notify Service Coordinator of new job booking and schedule requirement
- Daily review of new cases created overnight by the call center
- Review of PBDs (Preliminary Billing Documents) and ensure invoices are processed prior to EOM
