This is a second shift position with potential for overtime and weekend hours as needed. The scheduled hours are 4 : 30 PM to 1 : 00 AM. Flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
- Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
- Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
- High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.
- Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
