About this Role
The Associate Director Supplier Management and Planning will be a critical leader and member of the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence. This leader will partner closely with S&OP, Supply Chain, and Operations to create strategy, establish performance metrics, and analyze status, drive, and monitor actions needed to meet supply goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning or supplier management and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This role requires collaboration with suppliers to ensure they can meet current and future demand, develop action plans to address capacity constraints, and identify potential risks related to supplier capacity and develop mitigation strategies.
