About this role
We are seeking a Data Center Digital Solutions Leader to join our team. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end digital program lifecycle, working closely with the Digital Product Owner to ensure the successful delivery of digital offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a keen understanding of digital products, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Define offering and go-to-market strategies that will inform product requirements and product needs.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Assist in the creation and management of the offering roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business strategy.
- Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Work with UX / UI designers to partner on user-centered designs and conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for offering performance. Analyze data post-launch to assess offering success and identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly communicate product updates, features, and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring that user feedback and needs are prioritized in product development.
