Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Manager located in Waipahu, HI. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing service technicians, coordinating service schedules, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining customer relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- 2 years of people leadership experience in Commercial HVAC Systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering preferred
- Technical aptitude with knowledge of local building codes and an ability to use resources at hand to develop solutions
- Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to navigate SalesForce.com, ServiceMax, ERP, and other business applications
