What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Talent Strategist position at Carrier?
About this role:
The Director, Talent and Succession is a global thought leader in the strategy, design and execution of Carrier's Talent Review, Succession and High Potential development practices. This individual will lead measurable talent outcomes including bench strength, internal mobility, high potential development and readiness, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talent Partners, HRBPs, and business leaders to drive Carrier's global strategy for always-on talent review, succession, and high-potential development.
- Serve as a champion for Carrier's Talent Ecosystem, including talent strategy, philosophy, behaviors, practices, and metrics.
- Lead Carrier's Talent Management Institute and other talent programs to develop talent capabilities for HRBPs and business leaders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management or strategic HR role in a large global organization
- 3 years of experience in talent assessment, succession, high-potential development at a global level
