Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, service, and install rental systems for commercial HVAC equipment up to 1,000 tons and hot water boilers up to 200 hp.
- Deliver, troubleshoot, and clean rental equipment and related products.
- Regular use of power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment for servicing and repairing rental systems.
- Operate equipment vehicles, including forklifts.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of Commercial HVAC experience, including servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License.
