• About this role :

Carrier is seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team at Carrier World Headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, on-brand visual content that supports the companys branding, marketing, and communications efforts across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications and external agencies, to ensure that all visual content supports the company's strategic objectives and meets brand standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a creative mindset along with strong project management skills, has proven experience in graphics and brand design to help active activate brands and can offer guidance on brand standards within experiential settings. The candidate is proficient in managing a diverse range of stakeholdersincluding internal clients, vendors and key customers.

This position is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop an understanding of Carriers visual identity and ensure consistent treatment in all design work technically accurate, audience-appropriate, on-brand visual content.
• Create visual content to convey messages in an effective and impactful manner, including graphics, layouts, and templates for digital and print media, including presentations, brochures, reports, social media content, website graphics, digital ads, and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain design templates, style guides, and visual standards for digital content. Maintain a library of design assets, including logos, images, templates and other visual elements, to ensure easy access and consistency across the organization.
• Ensure all visual materials are consistent with the companys brand guidelines and reinforce the corporate identity across all channels.
• Ensure all digital designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Size, retouch and color-correct images for internal and external publication.
• Research and obtain stock images.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize design elements for better user engagement and conversion rates.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements, develop creative concepts, and execute design solutions that effectively communicate key messages.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.
• Required Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree
• 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• University degree or equivalent and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and experience in both digital and print media.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design, HTML / CSS, and UX / UI principles is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to work with a sense of urgency under demanding deadlines
