- Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing all mail addressed to the US Payroll department.
- Print and ship payroll correspondence, including payroll exception checks to employees.
- Ensure Tax notices are updated in both Pay Czar and ADP sites for processing and resolution.
- Assist as backup for registration activity.
- Assist and respond to management inquiries.
- Assist with projects and assignments as required.
- Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred Qualifications
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel)
- Good human relations and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel.
- Payroll background a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
