About The Role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive key Purchasing initiatives and promote a high-performance culture. This position will be responsible for sourcing and supplier management for several key product areas within Replacement Components. This position will handle approximately 50 active suppliers and $10M in Annual Spend on 1,000 active parts.
The position reports functionally to the Replacement Components Sourcing Senior Manager and supports the Category Manager(s) of the products they manage.

$74,181 - $130,206 Annually

About The Role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive key Purchasing initiatives and promote a high-performance culture. This position will be responsible for sourcing and supplier management for several key product areas within Replacement Components. This position will handle approximately 50 active suppliers and $10M in Annual Spend on 1,000 active parts.
The position reports functionally to the Replacement Components Sourcing Senior Manager and supports the Category Manager(s) of the products they manage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier performance (lead times, on time delivery, etc.)
- Manage material productivity, including cost reduction, negotiations, RFQ’s / bids, and contract compliance.
- Provide product life cycle support (new parts set up, obsolescence, resourcing, last time buys).
- General supplier management activities including alignment with overall strategy, invoice / payment resolution, and the functioning as the primary supplier escalation point for Cross-Functional Teams
- Work with Materials Planning team members to optimize management of inventory.
- Develop sourcing strategy on commodity under his/her responsibilities, looking for opportunities of supplier/material consolidation in alignment with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate, develop, implement clear process with vendors and planning to ensure On Time Delivery results of >96%
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of procurement experience
- Procurement experience including negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance management.
- Experience purchasing service parts is preferred
- Material Planning background
- Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment, and sense of ownership is a must
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact within a cross functional team of Material Planning, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, and Quoting/Pricing, as well as Suppliers.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP and PowerBI preferred
Pay Range
$74,181 - $130,206 Annually
