Join us and we can make a difference together.About This RoleThe SIOP Process Lead will spearhead the optimization and enhancement of the supply chain planning processes to reach maturity objectives. The role will focus on streamlining and standardizing work, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment across the function to meet business objectives. They will be responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems leveraging best practices and industry benchmarks.Job DescriptionLead the development and implementation of SIOP processes and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordinationAnalyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvementDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste or cost in the systemMonitor SIOP key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify any process gaps or issuesFacilitate or support training and upskilling sessions for the SIOP organization on processes and toolsManage SIOP related process, standard work, policy, and training documents ensuring they are current and accessiblePoint of contact for all SIOP process, standard work, and policy related inquiriesStay current on industry trends and innovations to inform process enhancementsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree7 years of experience in supply chain planning or operations2 years of experience leading projects and collaborating across diverse teamsPreferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations ManagementStrong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand forecasting, inventory management) highly desiredAdvance skill in Microsoft suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)Project management experience.Experience in consulting in Operations, Supply Chain Planning or Systems ImplementationProven experience in leading cross-functional, global initiativesPossible international travel as neededExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal#LI-onsiteRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
