About the role :
We are seeking a talent-focused and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Supply Chain organization, including Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Logistics. This role will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The HRBP will work closely with global teams, driving talent strategies that foster leadership development, career growth, and workforce engagement. This position will play a critical role in shaping a high-performance culture, challenging the status quo, and ensuring the organization has the right capabilities to succeed in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Partnership & Workforce Strategy :
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, providing HR expertise and aligning people’s strategies with business goals.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness in a global environment.
- Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and team performance.
- Lead organizational design efforts, ensuring structures, roles, and workforce planning are optimized to support business growth, agility, and long-term strategic goals.
