Carrillo Funeral Home seeks qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant for Lewisville Funeral Home. Primary Responsibilities: Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to completing funeral case work, attending needs of clients and customers, answering phones and fulfilling customer requests, photocopying, faxing, scanning, mail distribution and filing. Coordinates and maintains office, work and funeral home area organized at all times. Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft works and excel. Supports the administrative needs of funeral directors to ensure funeral services are fulfilled. Candidates have experience as administrtive assistan, must be bilingual, reliable, presentable and possess excellent customer service and computer skills, compassion, empathy and organizational skills. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be flexible to travel to other funeral home locations for training and when needed.
