Job Description:- Administer medications and treatment in an
accurate and timely manner to residents in accordance with physician’s orders.
- Monitor and document effectiveness of treatment
and medication.
- Provide emergency care to residents when
necessary.
- Always maintain a courteous and professional
appearance.
- Follow facility policy and procedures as
outlined in Employee Handbook.
Skills and Qualifications: - Valid LPN/RN License
- Valid CPR
Certification
- Excellent verbal,
written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent
attention to detail
- Ability
to carefully read and follow directions
- Flexibility
in work duties and schedule
- Good
teamwork skills
- Ability
to lift and move patients
Educational Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Current LPN or RN License/CPR Certification
