The Disbursement Department Clerk is responsible for maintaining and updating closing files daily. Processing incoming and outgoing mail. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 an hour.
What you'll do:
- Maintain the status of all wires and check going in and out of the department.
- Uploading wire confirmations and check copies to files.
- Responsible for daily mail, tracking and processing actions for the department.
- Assistance in obtaining signatures on wires and checks.
- Maintains consistent attendance to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Two years’ administrative experience.
