What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Management Analyst, CCM position at Carrington?

The Portfolio Management Analyst will be responsible for CCM portfolio asset management processes including but not limited to acquisition of assets, acquisition financing, and disposition analysis. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The pay for this position is 80,000.00 Annual Bonus.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate the proprietary analytics used in buy/sell transactions at the pool and asset levels.
- Assist in creation and preparation of business materials used for asset-level transactions, marketing, and/or strategic analysis.
- Provide assistance during the due diligence and closing processes.
- Maintain internal database applications for data integrity while tracking acquisitions, dispositions, and on-going performance.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance required.
- One (1) to three (3) years of asset and portfolio management experience preferred.
