Job Title : Respiratory Therapist

Job Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)

Experience : Graduate of a two or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)

License : Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of MN or temporary RT permit

Certifications :

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card (can be obtained upon hire)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days of hire

Must-Have :

Flexibility to work every third weekend

Ability to work rotating holidays

Job Description :

Full-time position with 72 hours every two weeks

Responsible for providing respiratory care and diagnostics in a clinical setting

Ensure patient safety and quality care through effective respiratory therapy techniques

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate patient conditions and develop care plans

Maintain and operate respiratory therapy equipment

Participate in the orientation program with 14 hours dedicated to training

Eligible for full-time benefits including medical, dental, PTO, retirement, and employee discounts
