What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fall 2025 Student Employment – Resident Assistant position at Carroll College?
Applicant must be a current Carroll College student enrolled in at least 6 credits to be eligible to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities: The role of Resident Assistant (RA) is both challenging and deeply rewarding. We are seeking leaders who want to challenge themselves, develop their own interpersonal and leadership skills, and who want to support the success of their communities and the people who live in them.
RA's are responsible for weekly community development, administrative duties, and upholding college policies, and should expect to contribute approximately 20 hours per week to the role.
RA's will receive compensation in the form of a stipend of $1,000 per semester ($200 per month), and a Housing Scholarship to cover 100% of housing costs.
Application are due by January 31, 2025. This position will start in August 2025.
