What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Analyst position at Carroll College?
Description: Carroll College seeks a dynamic individual to fill an IT Analyst role. This position serves as a team member of the CCIT staff and is integral in maintaining the college administrative software applications system. Responsible for system programming changes and/or modifications utilizing Colleague specific tools - Colleague Studio, Envision, and ELF - and languages including SQL. Role will use other appropriate programming tools as needed, database tools and Microsoft Office skills to assist users in obtaining data in the form required by the user. Works in a team environment with the IT Business Systems Analyst and the other IT Analyst, serving, as needed, as a backup to both, including daily system operations, end-user support, and system troubleshooting.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years related experience in technical support.
