Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled residents
- Diagnose and establish resident treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
- Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate resident medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with legal requirements and facility Policy & Procedure (P&P).
- Collaborate with supervisor to plan shift organization & job assignments.
- Maintain unit stock and informed supervisor of unit equipment and supplies needed.
- Previous experience in nursing or long-term care preferred
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a current, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of New Hampshire and maintain current CPR certification.

- Competitive based on years of experience
