Radio Technician/ DAS / BDA Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing two- way radio communication systems, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) systems to ensure seamless operation for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain two-way radio communication systems, DAS, and BDA Systems.

Diagnose and repair malfunctions in radio, DAS and BDA systems.

Perform routine maintenance and updates on radio, DAS and BDA Systems.

Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize system performance.

Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of radio, DAS and BDA equipment.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in radio, DAS and BDA communication technology.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in radio communications, electronica, or related fields preferred.

MSHA Certification a plus

Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role with experience in DAS and BDA systems.

Strong knowledge of radio communication systems, DAS and BDA Equipment.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Good Communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.29 - $26.85 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
