JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Recruiter Department: Recruiting
Reports to: Director, Recruiting
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Level: 8
Job Summary:
To recruit and hire qualified drivers for the company.
Essential Functions:
- Answer telephone calls and meet with potential applicants
- Process applications by running MVR and requesting employment history
- Post all ads on Craigslist.
- Process all electronic applications that are received on the company website.
- Act as a liaison between current and potential drivers and the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Experience: At least (1) year sales or recruiting experience.
- Skills/ Abilities: Must be persuasive, aggressive but personable and energetic. This person should also have basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Internet Explorer.
