Salary Range: $20.06 - $29.61 Hourly
Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Dining Room Supervisor!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure all meals in the main dining room of the facility are served properly and that the staff is maintaining cheerful and courteous service and behavior.
- Assure all staff maintain a neat and clean appearance of complete uniform and have good personal habits/hygiene.
- Plan, set-up, breakdown, scheduling of catering functions.
- Assist with menu planning.
- Trains wait staff of proper serving techniques using 5 star guidelines.
- Counsel and discipline staff as necessary.
ADMINISTRATIVE & OTHER DUTIES:
- Act as decision maker in the absence of the Dining Room Manager.
- Correcting mistakes and errors within the wait staff, café staff as they take place.
- Replacing any employee call-outs.
- Ensuring all meals go out on time, in an attractive and complete manner, within the correct temperature and time guidelines

Hourly Wage will be based on candidate qualifications including relevant years of experience and certifications/education
Qualifications

At least 1 year supervisory experience, in retail, hospital, senior, restaurant or food related field

At least 1 year experience working with elderly individuals

Servsafe Certification

High School Diploma
