Description
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for our Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant in Ellicott City, MD community. The LVMG Office Assist will work as an integral part of our Support Services team, that delivers a unique approach to quality care and administrative support for our senior residents. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm

Duties:
- Update and maintain databases containing resident and constituent information.
- Partake in composition and production of reports, correspondences, charts, etc. across the organization.
- Serve as the concierge during the day and perform front desk duties.
- Maintain supplies and organization of office materials.
- Assist staff with office equipment including printers, copiers, etc and training.
- Manage census for the organization, run and send reports.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Experience working in a CCRC environment a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of office machines including printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
- Point Click Care and Answers Demand software experience preferred.
