Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Well Driller will drill at various sites based on drill type qualifications.
Team environment but must be self-motivated.
Enforce safety rules and regulations at all times.
Interact with customers in a professional manner.
Must be able to load materials and drive to job site.
Be responsible for your load of materials.
Operate heavy drilling equipment and other equipment such as backhoe, mini-excavator, bobcat as needed.
Be prepared to work in various weather conditions.
Fields customer questions and complaints to the drilling manager when the issue is beyond the driller's responsibility scope.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
Maintains a log of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Ability to direct the well drilling team.
Must be organized.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel to Baltimore Surrounding Areas.
Ability to operate equipment.
Be open to learning water conditioning.
Strong work ethic, dependable and reliable.
Education and Experience:
Must be able to obtain a CDL within the first two months of employment or have a current CDL.
Drilling Certification Apprentice, Journeyman or Master in Mud Rotary or Rock Drilling.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift more than 50lbs.
Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
Must be able to operate equipment and trailers.
Hours and Locations:
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm
Corporate Location: 12047 Falls Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030
