We are looking for an in-home sales rep to help us grow our business.
Carroll Water is a locally owned company in business since 1983. We help homeowners improve their water. The well water is typically acidic. They need our help. We also drill wells and install well pumps and tanks. We have kiosks in businesses to drive leads to our sales force. We need a good sales rep to help us close those leads.
You will work off of pre-set appointments that we provide for you. We have marketing reps that work to get leads for you. Evening and weekend work are required. No Sunday pre-set appointments. We schedule appointments from 8am-7pm weekdays and Saturday until 2pm. You can block off time as needed but our reps run 40-50 appointments per month.

Strong people skills. We meet people at their kitchen table. This is personal selling.
In home sales experience a plus but not a requirement. We sell high end products to home owners with high level income.
