Carroll Water is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work part-time hours (up to 30 hours) a week and on weekends. In this position you will be responsible for:
- Set up and break down of road shows in our big box retail stores
- Interviewing and training of new Lead Generators on how to be successful including but not limited to our equipment and best practices.
- Work with the Lead Generators to ensure they are hitting their goals
- Working yourself, as a Lead Generator in different locations as needed
- Other tasks as needed.
As a Lead Generator your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Represent our brand at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Engage with potential customers and educate them on our products and services
- Create a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and answering questions
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
Requirements for this position:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Outgoing personality and a passion for interacting with people
- Familiarity with our brand and products
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Pay: $20/hr
