Job Description :

  • Conduct physical therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on patient care and therapy strategies.
  • Assist in patient assessments and treatment planning.
  • Demonstrate appropriate communication skills with patients, families, and teammates.
  • Conduct various therapeutic exercises and interventions.
  • Maintain records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
