Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practice sessions that enhance players' skills and teamwork.
- Provide guidance and support to student-athletes in their physical and mental development.
- Monitor athletes' progress and performance, offering constructive feedback to improve their game.
- Help manage game-day preparations, including strategy discussions and player assignments.
- Promote a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and hard work.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to athlete development.
- Engage with parents and guardians regarding player progress and team activities.
- Uphold safety standards during practices and games, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
Requirements
- Previous experience in football or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of football strategies, techniques, and rules.
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and foster a positive learning environment for student-athletes.
- Experience working with students in an educational or athletic setting is preferred.
