WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee daily operations of a Burger King restaurant (10-45 employees) in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager
- Drive guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and employee retention
- Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service with speed, accuracy, and friendliness in a clean environment
- Manage P&L, staff, and BKC compliance across all shifts
- Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and interact with team members, customers, and vendors
WHAT YOU NEED:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years old
- 2-4 years of quick service restaurant management experience
- Understanding of P&L and profitability
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
