WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage inventory, monitor costs, and ensure equipment maintenance and cash control procedures are followed.
- Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service with speed, accuracy, and friendliness in a clean environment.
- Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to boost restaurant performance.
- Lead the team to meet product prep, speed of service, and brand standards.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years old
- 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience (management a plus)
- Understanding of P&L and profitability
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
