Summary
As a Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your core skills in POS systems, cash handling, and food service will enable you to efficiently process orders and handle transactions. Your premium skills in food preparation and time management will enhance our service quality, while your relevant skills in sanitation and kitchen experience will ensure a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established standards and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
