About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN Hall Nurse to join our team at Carrolton of Plymouth. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and implementing unit activities, ensuring resident safety and satisfaction
- Provide accurate and consistent information to residents, families, and staff regarding resident care and policies
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
- Chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner, reflecting pertinent information and resident response to care
- Orient new residents and family members to facility-specific procedures and policies
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN program
- Current CPR Certification required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/holidays as needed
