Key Responsibilities:
- Provides certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participates in care planning and implementation, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident-centered care
- Maintains accurate and confidential records of resident information and progress
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
