As a Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, manage a team of sales associates, and ensure that our store maintains the highest standards. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the team: Interview, hire, train, and coach new staff to meet performance goals, promote from within, and ensure a motivated, successful team.
- Drive store performance: Develop strategies to boost customer service, increase sales, grow our customer base, and enhance profitability.
- Manage operations: Handle cashier duties, audits, cash deposits, inventory control, and ensure accurate product ordering and vendor check-ins.
- Maintain store standards: Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and clean, providing a pleasant shopping experience.
- Resolve issues quickly: Address customer complaints, staff concerns, and ensure everything is running smoothly on the sales floor.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership: You have strong supervisory skills with experience in coaching, evaluating, and managing a team. Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere and lead a team to success, even under pressure.
- Customer-focused: You excel at delivering outstanding service and know how to lead by example to create a welcoming environment.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re on top of inventory control, reporting, and maintaining store standards while staying on top of day-to-day tasks.
- Problem Solver: You thrive in challenging situations, using your strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly.
- Proven Success: We prefer you have at least 2 years of retail management experience and have demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving store performance.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Point of Sale Systems, and office equipment like phones, printers, and scanners.
