Seeking an individual to do territory management and business development in the Flower Mound area for behavioral health. Carrus Health and Carre Car child and adolescent Behavioral Hospital and PHP/IOP locations seeking professional business development representative to join the team. 28 bed inpatient hospital located in Sherman, Texas with multiple PHP/IOP locations throughout the DFW area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Reports and promotes Carrus Behavioral child and adolescent services (Inpatient hospital 28 beds) and multiple PHP/IOP locations with a focus on the Flower Mound area.
Relationship development and territory management to healthcare professionals in hospitals, physician offices (pediatricians and psychiatrists) and ERs. As well as schools, court systems, APS.
Develops short-term and long-term sales strategies to establish and/or expand business in the assigned area. Develops and expands existing client base. Continuously calling and identifying potential clients.
Implements sales plan and coordinates with clinical leadership to ensure an excellent experience with Carrus facilities.
Meets the monthly referral quota by identifying opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, facilities, and organizations.
Works with referral sources to ensure that a new patient successfully begins start of care.
Oversees public relations activities, special events, and celebrations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience - healthcare preferred.
Critical though process, self-starter, strong communication, great attitude, and organizational skills are a must.
Must be a team player.
Must possess a valid driver license and insurance coverage.
Computer skills are required.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION:
De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire.
