Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing various tasks involving the movement of materials, production line assignments and wood floor installation in a manufacturing facility.
- The ability to work as a team, follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
- Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and booth.
- Follow all company rules and policies.
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
- Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
Knowledge and Requirements
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, pull heavy items up to 50-70 pounds consistently required.
- Must have the ability to use and read a tape measure.
- Must pass drug test.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule to support production.
