Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with staff to promote teamwork and enhance productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for sales transactions and reporting.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing initiatives within the store to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems and other retail technology is advantageous.
