Lot Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our lot while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
• Assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles, providing valet parking services when necessary.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues to management.
• Manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the lot efficiently.
• Operate cash registers for processing payments, ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with delivery driver duties as needed, ensuring timely vehicle deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and vehicle tracking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers is beneficial.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
