Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn? Cars 4 Less in Pearl City is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This is an entry-level position with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls professionally
- Follow up on Buy Here Pay Here payments and assist with bill collections
- Process and pay company bills on time
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Order and manage office supplies
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries
- Handle day-to-day paperwork and administrative tasks
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Manage Turo reservations and vehicle coordination
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with computers, data entry, and email correspondence
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
