As the Performance Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth of our organization. The right person will be excited to become an expert on how our program works to assist dealers In : building profiles, maintaining profiles, making changes, and delivering results with our program. Responsibilities :

• Help execute CarSaver’s business, brand, and product to create best-in-class practices in customer service for our clients
• Build excellent relationships with our dealers by providing clear and thorough guidance
• Onboard and Train dealership staff on the program
• Master all forms of communication to support dealerships in the CarSaver portal
• Provide efficient responses to all requests in a timely manner
• Become the dealership’s primary point of contact and subject matter expert
• Deliver results by leveraging relationships and program expertise
