What is the role we are searching for?

Service Receptionist/Director of First Impressions-Hatfield, PA

CarShop, a subsidiary of Penske Automotive Group is seeking an organized and dynamic candidate to represent CarShop and model our Values and Culture to each customer in person and on the phone.

What Will You Do?

• The successful candidate will create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere to service our customers, making each person feel as though they are the highest priority.
• This position supports all departments by interacting with each customer to address their needs and if necessary, connects them with the appropriate department/person.
• He/She will cash out all retail service customers and provide clerical support as needed for all departments.
• The Director of 1st Impressions will interact with all departments and service clerical needs in between answering phone calls and cashing out customers.

• The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and sustained performance and poise under heavy pressure.
• The Director of 1stImpressions is a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management and communication skills.
• He/She is a quick learner, an analytical thinker, is committed to team success and team building
• The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, "can-do" attitude.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
