Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks in the shop, including but not limited to:
- Welding and fabricating metal components
- Airless paint spraying for auto restoration projects
- Working with power tools to complete repairs and modifications
- Assisting with auto glass installation and repair
- Detailing vehicles to ensure they are clean and presentable
- Assisting with auto painting, including prepping surfaces and applying paint
- Working with sheet metal to repair or replace damaged parts
- Soldering electrical connections as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Knowledge and proficiency in the following areas:
- Welding techniques and equipment
- Airless paint spraying techniques
- Fabrication skills for working with metal
- Auto restoration processes and techniques
- Working with power tools safely and effectively
- Auto glass installation and repair procedures
- Attention to detail when detailing vehicles
- Auto painting techniques, including surface preparation and paint application
- Sheet metal work for repairs or replacements
- Soldering electrical connections
Note: While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow in this role.
