The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of concrete operations and the leadership skills to oversee a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Lead and manage a team of superintendents to ensure daily operations run smoothly across multiple concrete projects.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of equipment deliveries and material logistics.
- Deadline Management: Ensure all projects meet deadlines by managing resources, providing guidance to field teams, and troubleshooting any project-related issues.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with general contractors, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work adheres to company quality standards and is in compliance with safety regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or delays that may arise on-site, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, schedules, and safety reports.
Requirements:
