The ideal candidate will manage payroll, conduct the annual payroll audit, handle all paperwork to ensure compliance, and ensure timely bill payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and prior experience in office administration and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Conduct annual payroll audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain and organize all necessary documentation and records
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring all bills are paid promptly
- Oversee general office administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, payroll, and compliance
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and audit procedures
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Technical Skills:
- Payroll Processing – Experience with payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto) and payroll tax filings
- Payroll Audit Knowledge – Understanding of payroll audits and compliance regulations
