Who We Want
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Product Management to lead our efforts in tax planning and financial planning solutions. This is a critical role where you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our tax-focused product offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities.
This role requires a deep understanding of tax strategies, financial planning principles, and the ability to translate advisor needs into product solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance to deliver innovative and impactful products.
What To Expect
- Strategic Leadership : Work with senior leadership to develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for tax planning, tax overlay, and related financial planning solutions.
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities within the tax and financial planning space.
- Product Development : Partner with engineering to create and refine product features that simplify tax strategies for clients and advisors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including financial advisors to gather insights and ensure product-market fit.
- Regulatory Expertise : Stay updated on tax regulations and integrate compliance requirements into product designs.
- Performance Monitoring : Define key performance metrics for product success and analyze data to continuously improve offerings.
What You Need
5 years of product management experience
Deep understanding of tax planning and strategies.
Comfortable leading new initiatives and new product development

The total rewards expected for this role include :
Salary : $145,000 - $182,500
