Who We Want
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our network of smaller advisor offices. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to business leaders in these offices, helping to shape and implement HR strategies that drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent development while maintaining a high standard of compliance and operational excellence. As an HRBP at the Director level, you will play a key role in aligning our HR programs with business objectives and driving a high-performance culture in our smaller, client-facing advisor teams.
What To Expect
- Strategic HR Partnership :
Serve as the primary HR partner for leadership within smaller advisor offices, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent to smaller advisor offices, ensuring a high-quality client service experience.
Champion initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across all advisor offices, ensuring that firm values, client service excellence, and employee satisfaction are at the forefront.
Partner with HR operations and compliance teams to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across all advisor offices, including compensation, benefits, labor law compliance, and HR policies.
Lead organizational change initiatives and advise leadership on managing transitions, restructuring, or scaling in response to changing business demands.
Develop and report on key HR metrics and KPIs, evaluating the effectiveness of HR initiatives in driving business outcomes, employee satisfaction, and organizational health.
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of HR professionals (if applicable) focused on the needs of the advisor offices, promoting best practices and continuous learning within the HR function.

The total rewards expected for this role include :
Salary : $125,000 - $155,000
